Yettel Bulgaria, part of PPF Telecom Group, is a technology communications company that connects over 3 million customers to people, devices and businesses. Until March 2022, Yettel Bulgaria operated on the Bulgarian market as Telenor Bulgaria. In its more than 20 years of history in the Bulgarian market, the company gained solid experience as a pioneer in the field of wireless networks by launching the first commercial 4G network in Bulgaria in 2015, the first VoLTE service in 2018, and paving the way for the development of 5G with the first test of fifth-generation networks in the country.
Following its digital strategy, Yettel Bulgaria was tasked with updating several site sections dedicated to corporate information, 5G development, and creating a new “Why Yettel?” section.
At NutsDev, we recognize that technology can be demanding and confusing, from constant updates, technical language, new features to different ways of communicating. Therefore, in agreement with the Yettel team, we conducted a study of the best practices in the development of sites of leading telecom companies, which formed the basis of the structure and format of the content, as well as page framing. Using the Yettel design system and a consistent content structure, we designed the "About us", "5G" and "Why Yettel" pages, which made it possible to convey key messages to the target audience in an easy and straightforward way.
